12. Mobile Information and Text Messaging

12.1 Where you provide a telephone number and select the marketing consent checkbox, We may send you marketing text messages. Non-marketing messages relating to your account and enrolment may be sent to Users who provide a telephone number for those Services. Providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing messages.

12.2 Consent to receive marketing text messages is never required in order to submit a form or purchase any Service.

12.3 No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12.4 You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Us, or by contacting Us at infomaster@quantsystems.ca. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.

13.2 We disclose personal information only to service providers who process it on Our behalf and under contract, solely to deliver Our Services. These include Our payment processor, learning platform provider, email and messaging service providers, and analytics providers.
